South Belfast Water Features

Built in 2012 in South Belfast, the client’s brief was to design and build an area that worked as a secluded social area for the family and had a wow factor from the kitchen and living areas above. The wish list included the use of local materials, multiple water features, easy maintenance planting and a screen to the land adjacent. We divided the seating space into two with a semi-circular firepit on one side and dining area on the other, all built with Donegal Quartzite building stone. The Red Cedar radial seating was cut on site and linked perfectly with the square blocks of cedar inlayed into the steel gabion living walls. The large screening wall used two back- lit water blades and a bespoke stainless steel water wall centre piece.

Thank you Kyle and Aaron for this most amazing of garden transformations, I really didn’t think you could fulfil my long list of garden aspirations as my catalogue of items was so varied. The moment I saw the design you created I couldn't quite believe my eye’s and now have it in reality it’s even better than I imagined. Many thanks.
